What the final terms will say

  • No warranty of completeness, correctness or currency — TenderCatcher is a notification service.
  • Deadlines are taken from the source and can change; what the source publishes is what applies.
  • Translations are produced automatically; no liability for translation errors.
  • No access to tender documents through us; you participate in a procedure at the source.
  • The right of use is personal and company-bound; resale or systematic export of the data is not permitted.
  • Monthly cancellation; data deleted 30 days after cancellation.
  • Swiss law, place of jurisdiction Switzerland.

Still to be filled in

  • The full contractual text, drafted and reviewed by a lawyer (CH and EU)
  • Consumer-protection notices, even though the product is B2B
  • Terms of the plans, add-ons and the founder price as contractual clauses
