Between a contract notice being published somewhere in Europe and the email in your inbox, TenderCatcher does five things for you — without you ever logging into a tender platform.

Collect
TenderCatcher collects notices from TED, the EU’s Official Journal, and from the national publication platforms — where the contracts below the EU thresholds are published. Always directly from the official source, through its official interfaces.

Translate
Title and short description of every notice are machine-translated into your language. Buyer names stay as published. CPV and place names come from the official EU reference tables in all 24 languages. Deadlines and values are carried over as dates and numbers — they are never translated.

Search
Full-text and semantic search, in your language, across all sources. That is why “tram noise reduction” also finds the Greek notice that says “μείωση θορύβου τραμ” — you do not need to know the word in Finnish or Greek.

Campaigns
A campaign is a saved search that keeps working for you: free text, countries, CPV ranges, notice types, a minimum value and, if you like, your company profile. New notices are matched as they arrive, and you are notified weekly, daily or instantly, depending on your plan.

Link to the source
Every match shows the original, the translation and a direct link to the notice on the publishing platform. That is where the procedure continues — documents, questions, your bid.
Which notices you receive
Every plan includes contract notices. From Solo you also receive prior information notices, from Pro contract awards and corrections — a correction often moves the deadline — and Team includes every notice type the sources publish.

What the email looks like
The notification email is built to be read in ten seconds: number of matches, campaign and countries are already in the subject line.
Every email is also sent as plain text. The footer lets you unsubscribe from a single campaign or from all emails with one click.
Good to know
Translations are machine translations and are labelled as such. The original is always shown next to them — it is the binding text.
Deadlines are taken from the source and can change. The publishing platform is authoritative, which is why every match links there.
