Questions about billing
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. You receive an invoice for every payment and can download all invoices in the app at any time.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time in the app. When you upgrade, you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period and your account then continues on Free — your campaigns and matches are kept.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. Customers based in Switzerland are charged Swiss VAT at 8.1 %. For customers in other countries the reverse-charge procedure applies; you can add your VAT number at checkout.
Who can sign up?
TenderCatcher is offered to businesses and organisations only.
How do team members join?
The account owner invites colleagues by email under Settings → Team. Pro includes 3 users, Team 10. Everyone sees the same campaigns and matches and receives their own emails.
