Austria publishes in a decentralised way. Since March 2019, contracting authorities have published their notices by providing core data under the Federal Procurement Act 2018 as XML files and registering them on data.gv.at. data.gv.at only references these files; they are hosted by the authorities or by their platforms, such as ANKÖ’s eVergabe+ or the Lieferanzeiger of auftrag.at. Notices above the EU thresholds are also published on TED.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027
Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
