In Slovenia, the Portal javnih naročil at enarocanje.si is the mandatory portal for procurement notices under the Public Procurement Act (ZJN-3), including below-threshold procedures from the national value limits upwards. It is run by the Ministry of Public Administration. Tenders themselves are submitted through a separate platform, e-JN. Above the EU thresholds, Slovenian notices are also published on TED.

TenderCatcher covers Slovenia through TED, the online edition of the EU’s Official Journal: every notice above the EU thresholds, with title and short description translated into your language and a direct link to the original. National procedures below the thresholds are published on the Portal javnih naročil (enarocanje.si).

A search campaign reports new Slovenian tenders by email — together with your other markets, in one message.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027

Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
