Norway’s national notice database is Doffin, run by the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ). Notices above the national thresholds must be published there, and as a member of the EEA, Norway also passes notices above the EEA thresholds on to TED. Doffin works with eForms and carries prior information notices, competitions, contract awards and changes. Notices are in Norwegian, while Doffin’s interface is also available in English. Procurement tools such as Mercell act as eSenders and publish to Doffin.
