In Moldova, public procurement runs through MTender, the national electronic procurement system. Procedures from open tenders down to small-value purchases are published there, and the data follows the Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS). Moldova is not a member of the EU, so there is no obligation to publish on TED — MTender is the source.
TenderCatcher reads MTender’s open API at public.mtender.gov.md. A procedure there consists of several stages — planning, the call for tenders, evaluation and award — which we combine into one notice, with CPV code, contracting authority, deadline and estimated value in Moldovan lei (MDL). Most records on MTender are direct awards without a call for tenders; we leave those out and show open procedures only. Every match links to the procedure on MTender.
