Luxembourg’s mandatory platform is the Portail des marchés publics at pmp.b2g.etat.lu, run by the state since 2006. Contract notices must be published there and in the press; above the EU thresholds they are also published in the Official Journal of the EU and therefore appear on TED. The portal carries contract notices for works, supplies and services, together with awards and corrections, in French and German. Searching is free, while alerts require registration.
TenderCatcher covers Luxembourg through TED, the online edition of the EU’s Official Journal: every notice above the EU thresholds, with title and short description translated into your language and a direct link to the original. National procedures below the thresholds are published on the Portail des marchés publics (pmp.b2g.etat.lu).
A search campaign reports new Luxembourg tenders by email — together with your other markets, in one message.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027
Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
