Counted on 16 September 2026 in our database, by place of performance, current version of each notice only. A notice that names two countries counts in both.
Lithuania’s mandatory procurement system is CVP IS, run by the Public Procurement Office (Viešųjų pirkimų tarnyba, VPT). Submitting an offer requires a login, but the notices themselves are publicly searchable. Notices above the EU thresholds appear on TED as well. Notices are published in Lithuanian.
TenderCatcher reads the Lithuanian notices directly, every publication day. That matters more here than almost anywhere else: three quarters of all Lithuanian procedures are below the EU thresholds, and those never appear on TED. The platform offers no data interface, so we read its public search — slowly and politely, and only where its own rules permit it.
What the Lithuanian data carries, and what it does not: almost every notice has a description and a CPV code, so campaigns match on subject matter. Regional codes, though, are rare — only about a quarter of notices carry one, and most of those name the country rather than a region. A campaign narrowed to one Lithuanian region will therefore miss most of them.
One more thing worth knowing: Lithuania publishes one record per procedure and keeps updating it, rather than issuing a new notice for every change. A tender you were alerted to will later show as awarded or cancelled under the same link.
A search campaign reports new Lithuanian tenders by email — together with your other markets, in one message.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027
Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
