Counted on 16 September 2026 in our database, by place of performance, current version of each notice only. A notice that names two countries counts in both.
In Poland, procurement under the Public Procurement Law (PZP) is published on e-Zamówienia, the platform of the Public Procurement Office (UZP). Its Public Procurement Bulletin (Biuletyn Zamówień Publicznych, BZP) carries all procedures below the EU thresholds from the national threshold upwards. Procedures above the EU thresholds go to TED, with e-Zamówienia acting as eSender, and do not appear in the BZP. Beyond the statutory procedures, recipients of EU funds advertise in the Baza Konkurencyjności, and commercial platforms such as platformazakupowa.pl list smaller requests for quotation. Notices are in Polish.
TenderCatcher reads the BZP through its open JSON interface, which needs no registration; reading notices does not require the integration procedure that UZP sets for systems that publish. TenderCatcher takes the contract notices. Every notice carries its full text, from which we build the description. Where the BZP gives no contract value, TenderCatcher shows none rather than an estimate. Together with TED, this covers Polish tenders under the PZP above and below the EU thresholds.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027
Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
