In Cyprus, all contracting authorities publish through the national e-procurement system eProcurement.gov.cy (ePPS), run by the Treasury of the Republic. It carries calls for tenders, market pre-consultations, procurement plans and information on tender openings and awards. Titles are mostly given in both Greek and English. Above the EU thresholds, Cypriot tenders are also published on TED.

TenderCatcher covers Cyprus through TED, the online edition of the EU’s Official Journal: every notice above the EU thresholds, with title and short description translated into your language and a direct link to the original. National procedures below the thresholds are published on eProcurement.gov.cy.

In a search campaign, Cypriot tenders arrive alongside those from the rest of Europe. Where the original is Greek, title and short description are translated into your language.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027

Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
