Croatia publishes through EOJN RH at eojn.hr, the mandatory national platform, run by Narodne novine d.d. on behalf of the Ministry of Economy. It was rebuilt as part of Croatia’s Recovery and Resilience Plan, and the old system is still linked as an archive. EOJN carries procedures, preliminary market consultations, notices and procurement plans. Above the EU thresholds, Croatian tenders are also published on TED.
TenderCatcher covers Croatia through TED, the online edition of the EU’s Official Journal: every notice above the EU thresholds, with title and short description translated into your language and a direct link to the original. National procedures below the thresholds are published on EOJN RH (eojn.hr).
A search campaign reports new Croatian tenders by email — together with your other markets, in one message.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027
Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
