Belgium publishes on a single mandatory platform: e-Procurement of the federal service BOSA, whose Bulletin der Aanbestedingen has carried all Belgian and EU notices since 2011. The current platform went live in September 2023 and replaced e-Notification and e-Tendering. Notices are published mainly in Dutch and French. Above the EU thresholds the same notices also go to TED; below them, they exist only on e-Procurement.

TenderCatcher covers Belgium through TED, the online edition of the EU’s Official Journal: every notice above the EU thresholds, with title and short description translated into your language and a direct link to the original. National procedures below the thresholds are published on BOSA’s e-Procurement platform.

A search campaign reports new Belgian tenders by email — together with your other markets, in one message.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027

Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
