Since 2020, Bulgaria has used a single mandatory platform for all procedures under its Public Procurement Act: ЦАИС ЕОП at app.eop.bg, run by the Public Procurement Agency (Агенция по обществени поръчки, AOP). Notices are written in Bulgarian, in Cyrillic script. Above the EU thresholds, Bulgarian tenders are also published on TED.
The agency publishes one open-data file per calendar day, in the international Open Contracting Data Standard, and it has written rules for doing so: daily publication since June 2026, under a CC0 licence that expressly permits commercial use. TenderCatcher reads that file every morning — which means Bulgarian procedures below the EU thresholds reach you as well, not only the ones that go to TED.
What the Bulgarian data carries, and what it does not: every notice has a description and almost every one has CPV codes, so campaigns match on subject matter. Deadlines are published per lot, and TenderCatcher takes the earliest one. There is no regional code, so a Bulgarian notice is placed at country level — a campaign narrowed to one region will not find it.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027
Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
