In Czechia, the public procurement act (ZZVZ) requires procedures above and below the EU thresholds to be published in the Věstník veřejných zakázek (VVZ), the official journal of the Ministry for Regional Development, which is based on eForms. The procedures themselves are fragmented: every contracting authority must run a buyer profile (profil zadavatele), and these are hosted by commercial providers such as E-ZAK, Tenderarena or Josephine, which report to the VVZ. The ministry also offers NEN, a state tool open to all contracting authorities. Above the EU thresholds, notices also go to TED.
TenderCatcher covers Czechia through TED, the online edition of the EU’s Official Journal: every notice above the EU thresholds, with title and short description translated into your language and a direct link to the original. National procedures below the thresholds are published in the Věstník veřejných zakázek and on the buyer profiles.
A search campaign reports new Czech tenders by email — together with your other markets, in one message.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027
Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
