Greece publishes in more than one place. The transparency portal Diavgeia (Διαύγεια) is mandatory under Law 3861/2010: practically every administrative act — tender notices, award decisions and contract awards among them — must be posted there with an ADA number, or it does not take effect. That reaches every level of government, from ministries to municipalities, hospitals and universities, above and below the EU thresholds. KIMDIS (ΚΗΜΔΗΣ) is the official central register of public contracts, and ESIDIS (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ) is the electronic tendering system; what runs there is also published in KIMDIS and Diavgeia. Above the thresholds, tenders also go to TED.
TenderCatcher reads Diavgeia’s open API twice a day: tender notices, around 160 a day, and contract awards, around 190. Two limits come from the source. Diavgeia records the decision to tender, not its deadline — the deadline is in the attached document, which the match links to. And contracting authorities appear under their Greek names. Title and subject are translated into your language; the Greek original remains the binding text.
A search campaign reports new Greek tenders by email — together with your other markets, in one message.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027
Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
