In Ukraine, all public procurement goes through ProZorro, the mandatory system operated by the state enterprise Prozorro under the Ministry of Economy. Even small purchases are recorded, as reports. Ukraine is not a member of the EU, so there is no obligation to publish on TED — ProZorro is the source. Some reconstruction projects are additionally published by the EBRD, the EIB or the World Bank.
TenderCatcher reads ProZorro’s public API in real time. Each procedure is a single record whose status changes over time, and we derive from that status whether it is a tender, an award or a cancellation. Many records are reports on direct contracts; they are marked as direct awards, so you can keep them out of a campaign. Every match links to the procedure on ProZorro, where documents and bids remain.
Notices are written in Ukrainian; only some international procedures also carry an English title. Title and short description are translated into your language, and the Ukrainian original remains the binding text.
