Ireland’s mandatory platform is eTenders, run by the Office of Government Procurement; since May 2023 it has operated on a new platform from European Dynamics. Irish contracting authorities publish prior information notices, contract notices, awards and framework agreements there. Notices above the EU thresholds are passed on to TED, with eTenders acting as eSender. Since Circular 05/2023, contract awards above a set value must also be published on eTenders when the contract is signed.
TenderCatcher covers Ireland through TED, the online edition of the EU’s Official Journal: every notice above the EU thresholds, with title and short description translated into your language and a direct link to the original. National procedures below the thresholds are published on eTenders.
A search campaign reports new Irish tenders by email — together with your other markets, in one message.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027
Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
