In Kosovo, public procurement runs through e-Prokurimi, the electronic procurement platform of the Public Procurement Regulatory Commission (KRPP/PPRC). Contracting authorities at every level publish their procedures there, from ministries to municipalities and public enterprises, and bids are submitted electronically. Kosovo is not a member of the EU, so there is no obligation to publish on TED — e-Prokurimi is the source.
TenderCatcher reads the commission’s open API once a day and takes every procedure whose tender period has just opened: open procedures, small-value procedures and mini-competitions under framework agreements. The source carries no CPV codes, so a campaign finds Kosovan tenders by its keywords and by meaning rather than by a CPV filter. Values are in euros, and every match links to the notice on e-Prokurimi.
Notices are written in Albanian or Serbian. Title and short description are translated into your language, and the original remains the binding text.
