Counted on 16 September 2026 in our database, by place of performance, current version of each notice only. A notice that names two countries counts in both.
Since 1 January 2024, Italy’s procurement code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) has moved the entire procurement lifecycle onto the Piattaforma Contratti Pubblici (PCP) of ANAC, the national anti-corruption authority. Every procedure receives a CIG code, and statutory publication (“pubblicità legale”) takes place on ANAC’s platform instead of the Gazzetta Ufficiale — for all contracting authorities, above and below the EU thresholds. Regional platforms such as Sintel in Lombardy are connected to the PCP, and Consip acts as the state’s central purchasing body.
TenderCatcher reads that platform directly, three times a day: contract notices, prior information notices, qualification systems, market surveys and calls for inclusion in lists of economic operators — with the deadline, the CIG code of each lot, the contracting authority and a link to the original. Notices above the EU thresholds also appear in TED, the online edition of the EU’s Official Journal; we match the two so that a procedure reaches you once and not twice. Title and short description are translated into your language.
A search campaign reports new Italian tenders by email — together with your other markets, in one message.

The EU thresholds for 2026 and 2027
Above EUR 140,000 for supplies and services of central government, EUR 216,000 for those of other public buyers and EUR 5,404,000 for works, a notice has to appear on TED (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2152). Below those values, national rules decide where — and that is where most contracts are.
